Neighborhood meetings to discuss proposed development

The Washoe County Citizen Advisory Boards offer residents an opportunity to discuss proposed development projects in their communities. The CABs meet periodically throughout the year.  Below is additional information on Citizen Advisory Board meetings over the next two weeks.

• Sun Valley Citizen Advisory Board scheduled for June 5 is cancelled. The community recently held a forum to discuss roads, ditches, walking paths, traffic, code enforcement  and other neighborhood issues with a panel of experts from the Washoe County, Regional Transportation Commission and Nevada Department of Transportation. • East Truckee Canyon Advisory Board scheduled for June 7 is cancelled. A community forum to discuss issues important to this community is also being planned. Please stay tuned for additional details.
• South Truckee Meadows Citizen Advisory Board is meeting on June 8 to discuss a proposed project in that community.
